im hoping to go in 2004,a long way away i know but im saving to go to majorcathis summer coming so i cant afford to go in feb.
i have vidz from 2001 and that event looks unbelieable.any1 ever been to recommened it?

Yes I've been there twice.. A few years ago.

If you like your trance cheesy you should go there.. the line-up gets worse every time...

Sorry but I think this must be one of THE most commercial, non-classy, non-quality trance events in Holland..

I haven't been to TE... once upon a time in 2000 I wanted to go, but now the lineups just keep getting shittier and shittier (with the exception of a few gems like Talla 2XLC)

I haven't made it to TE yet, but I experienced Innercity 1999 and it was fuckin incredible. I enjoyed innercity more than I've enjoyed GCSSS, GKGG, glastonbury & all other festivals i have been to. I believe TE & Innercity are held in the same arena so I can fill in a few details.

The venue is absolutely huge! I'm guessing that it's larger than the NEC but if not, it's on the same scale. With at least 5 arena-sized rooms filled with lots of amazing lights and eye-candy.

I suggest getting there early so u can get orientated and figure out where each room is, and you can catch your fave DJs at the appropriate times.

The Dutch are great people and make foreigners very welcome: you will be in awe at the luvly dutch girls. The vibe will be fantastic and procuring substances (if that's your bag) should be a piece of piss.

I am thinking of going next year also, but it's a toss-up between TE, Miami WMC & Ibiza. Have a wicked time and be sure to post a review on TA.

don't like it very much, never been there but there better partys then trance energy with far better line-ups, TE is just too commercial

There are way better parties in Holland. If you have the chance go to Dance Valley, Mysteryland or Innercity instead of Trance Energy. These parties are way better: better line-up, great audience and great atmosphere.

TE isnt held in the same location Innercity, Innercity takes place in Amsterdam - RAI, and TE takes (in the beginning of the year) place in the town Utrecht and the location Jaarbeurs or (at the end of the year) in the Thialf in Heerenveen.

Jaarbeurs is quite big not as big as the RAI though, but not that small either becoz of the many areas. Thialf is another story, the building is an iceskatehall, so that's one area instead of different areas, but the bad thing about this location is the sound, it can be really bad there, echoing, bouncing sound etc.

And if u want an amazing show go to Sensation

that year was incredible.. i saw the video with dumonde, alex morph blank and jones.. and i was in AWE

i was very close to going to this one.. i kick myslef in the ass for not going.. u should have just switched rooms if you didnt like dj jean.. there were soo many more.. sooo much nice trance ! BAH HOW COULD YOU NOT LIKE!!!!!!!!!!!

They all look pretty kick-ass to me!

I'd be going for sure if I had the chance...
