I didn't see anything about that in my psych book but yeah they sure were different back then, we did learn about phrenology, where they felt your head and figured out what its measurements and dimensions were then if you had certain head characteristics that meant you had certain personality characteristics hehe you can still see the machine that did this in a museum today
