are the mixes screwed up? the re-release features the original and beat pusher mixes but according to the mp3's, the re-release is actually featuring the astral remix and beat pusher mix.

now did someone mislabel the mp3's when they ripped it a long time ago or did ATCR mislabel their records putting original mix on the cover when in fact its actually the astral remix that was pressed?

some mp3s are label as Ferry's remix when its the original. I think.. or is it the Astral ? I'm lost

The mp3s you have heard, what were they ripped from ?
Maybe they were ripped from a cd or maybe a promovinyl ?

I have that one and it surely isn't the original mix Unfortunately I have never heard the Astral remix so I don't know if it is that one. I didn't know there is a Ferry remix of Cloudwalking?!?

ferry corsten remix is just an mp3 mislabel. no such mix existed. the only mixes that i know of are original, astral, beat pusher and goldenscan (atleast according to ATCR it is an unreleased mix).

i got the rip of the original mix of cloudwalking from wookieslut who has the old promo that featured an original mix and astral mix on his vinyl.

It is indeed the Astral mix featuring on the re-release, even though it's labelled as the original. Bit of a botch from ATCR especially since the original is much better, mainly due to the massive breakdown/buildup sorely lacking in the Astral mix. On the plus side, owners of the original release will still have something worth holding onto.

well it probably is the original mix this time round coz atcr are known for fucking up the old labels, both the free radical tunes (surreal and unity theme) both had the originals marked as the en-motion/thrillseekers remix respectively. also the 1st rapid eye tune released on there was also mislabelled so we probably know the true original now lol and the old original is prolly the astral but, but fekkery knows!

it is clear. tim stark has told me they botched the new releases. the mp3's are correct and the new vinyls are wrong. he also said he will be re-releasing the TRUE original on ATCR very shortly. go check the ATCR forum. i posted a question under the name DC2.

Do you mean Rapid Eye - Alderaan? That one is 002 and 004, 004 are remixes, but what specific mix is on what release? I hope someone can help me out

so the 'ferry corsten mix' is infact the mislabelled original?
