bahahaha so NYE was great...lots of people...lots of music...lots of fun! john and tom thanks for showing up it was great to see u guys hope u had fun john. melissa you always rock you know that..hope u had a good time. lizz: hehe we should chill more if ur down im down xP. so around 11:00 everything is goin well people drinkin havin fun..then dj tek walks in through the doors and im thinkin aiights u kno alittle set for the night...nah man this guy comes thorough..im talkin like 4 crates of records everyone helping out like full scale club set hahah NO DOUBTS i dont even think we could make a tracklist cuz we heard every fucking thing it was great. john was really really drunk it was pretty fun to chill with all u guys. then mr arturo aka vandit man was supposedly going to come by and hang out but doesnt come until like 3am. and i mean if the guy comes all the way from miami i cant deny him of not layin down a mini set right? and of course thats what the crowd wanted... ARTURO manned the decks without his records and laid down a nice vandit set for us..from what i could remember from arturo was club attack and guide me god lols i know he spun more than that but thats all i could remember cuz uhh i was then without hesitation dj tek jumps back on the decks and goes on till like 6-7am. gosh wha a night...opening the night was blooskillz who post on here once in a while. all in all it was a great night with great people...im glad everyone came together for NYE.

My original plans were to sit in my living room and watch the ball drop with my grandmother. Instead I shot out to the city with John, went to Brian's Party, took a shoefull of drugs, and headed out to Arc with Melissa. Overall this had to be one my best nights ever out. It was a hell of a way to end the year. First off Brian's party was great & Tek is awesome at spinning. The house party was a nice warm-up to what was coming.

OK, Saeed & Palash. They're famous for remixing slow prog songs. So you would think that they spin like that. My expectations were really low for this party. Instead they tore up the floor at Arc, spinning some really hard great prog tunes. Hands in the air type music. The place was comfortably packed, the AC was on high, the sound was turned all the way up, everyone was really into the music and the laser show was top quality (not Marco V Lasers... whoops I mean laser ) Everything about this night went perfect. My buddy Bobby had a Trumpet Horn (NYE Toy) which he would blow during the build up of a song. Everytime he blew it, the entire dancefloor cheered as if some ceremony was about to take place What an awesome crowd!

I couldn't ID any of the songs because most of the music played wasn't very popular. They were still banging enough to keep me moving from 2 to 9am. Oliver Berge & Astroglide played within that time period but I'm not sure who was first and who was last. One other note: Most of the night was being videotaped by numerous camermen. I overheard something about a DVD detailing on underground clubbing.

LOL, after all this I went to work, did a double, and just got home now (2am Thursday morning) My body is getting use to this stay awake for 2 days and then sleep pattern.



WTF, like only 70 hours until J00F. Anyone know of a good place to get cheap catscans

OMG YES!!! What a great NYE. I have no regrets whatsoever about missing Phish. I was so happy to be at Brian's place and see you and your crew, and John, Liz and Tom. It was so cool when that guy proposed to that girl. And then Tae kicked ass behind the decks until I left. Thanks for the breaks! And then the girls tried to get all the guys drunk. lol....

I wish I oculd have stayed longer, I wish I had caught up with foxy.... But Arc was calling (along with the new man ). Tom's review was great. Saaed and Palash were awesome. Very very dark and dirty house. I never actually made it to the main floor - I didn't even realize there were lasers. They got me dancing on video for a bit for that dvd thing. It was cool.

I had an absolutely incredible weekend and I was so glad to have NYE with you guys. I hope to see you all at j00f. (I hope we can recover in time.)

aw man...what a night.. had a fucking blast
rolled up to brian's apt in the city a.k.a. "the box" around 11pm, chilled out had some drinks, then ryan(blooskills on ta) gets on the decks, played nice mellow trance til close to 12, then we turned to the tv to see the fucking ball drop, did the countdown and all that cheery, happy vibe, everyone enjoying themselves...then i get on the decks like 12:10, started off with Scorchio, threw on a few breaks for mel, and built it up to eventually....trance spun til about 2:30\3? and mr.fox comes walking in.. arturo take over the decks and lays down a 30minute set(props to fox for using my records) played guide me god, circa forever, club attack and a couple more i thank fox for coming by and everyone says bye~ he leaves around 3\3:30? so i jump back behind the tecs, and off we go again.. this time i started off with digital blonde - electra...and then it was full blast trance til like 5:30? 6? 7? i have no fucking clue.. i was fucked up honestly..i know i eneded with ligaya tho thanx to melissa and tom for stopping by and thanx to liz and john for staying had so much fun that night..we'll do it again soon..oh and HAPPY FUCKING NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!! (best wishes to u and yours..)

this nye was reeeaaally great
i was happy to hear ryan spin for the first time (finally!!!) i think tek's set that night was the longest set i've heard from him..
(sorrie for not letting u take a break lol...) but it was a great set! (i wish u could post a tracklist but i know that's not possible so....hehe) i got to see arturo spin too and mad props for spinning with someone else's records! i hope i'll get to see u spin again
overall...i had a blast! thanks for hosting the party at the box brian~! and happy new year to everyone

im glad everyone came out to celebrate with me
and yea it was one messy new years eve party but thats how i like it!

What happened tuesday night can not be explained in words. Its funny how amazing unknown djs can be. Tae came on the decks in 2002 and Killed us bye 2003. I meen KILLLLLED . HE opeend with a great sasha track. His set progressed into some of the most amazing anthems ever:

Omg now people you must understand what state of mind I was in at this time. 14 beers 5 shots mucho weed and chemicals + 1.5 hours of timeless trance. As soon as arturo came in he got to work. He didnt really need much explanation on how to work the decks ( he was spinning on cd's) He played for an angel, and a bumch of pvd reworks and new stuff also. He stayed on for about 30 min then had to run because his brother was waiting in the car. At that time Tae came back on and OWNED !!!!!!!!!!!!> His encore was goryella goryella
