what is the residence like? is it better to get a cheap apartment / split house or is the residence nice?

well im in rye...however i dont know much bout the res. however its always cheaper to share an apartment off campus... i have many friends on campus and many off...the ones on campus are being funded by their folks and the ones off are by themself so i guess its obvious
and what LKD said is pretty much true .. res is pretty pricy and tough to get unless ur coming from WAY outta town or have some kinda physical disability..
juss find an appartment anywhere along the Yonge subway line heading north.. the father you go, the lower the cost of an appartment due to distance from downtown .. i'd recommend the Davisville area if u can find something ..

hmmm I see.....
I was kinda thinking yonge/carlton area....near college station....with a roommate, you think i'll be paying over 500 a month?
