Crispy sound from my needles ?

I have trackmasters II sk and when i play ligaya on my TT...
I hear this weird crispy sound on highs just at the end of the build up when the break melody is about to start...
I tried putting the arm wieght at 5g but the sound is still there...
only if I put it at full weight the sound is prefect...
I have the same problem with some other tracks...
what can i do ?

my needles are brand new and the record has been used 2 times since

dude, i have the same needles and the same problem.

it can be lessened with more weight, but it never goes away, and gets worse the more your needles wear out.

I regret buying these needles!

does anyone know if you can take different stanton tips and put them on TK II SK integrated headshells? I know you can do this with ortofons..
