I've upped this demo track to my server. Though, I'm not really 100% happy with it, I think some things need improvement, like the main lead. I'm pretty pleased with the buildup and bass. I've also upped a second, more relaxed version with different leads to chris dawson's nice freedommusic site
- the main lead shouldn't jump in before first break;
- something makes this track sound like computer-game-music or smth... maybe its bassline... can't figure it out now.
Anyway, its a lot better than average home producer's track. Keep up the good work!

I love the bassline... nothing wrong there...
what does irritates my ears is the volume and the attack in the main lead... add more reverb, take some of the volume down, add another line to it, i'm sure it will sound better!

startes this line... add delay man!!! damn! lol, i wish i were able to edit this tune!
nice work overall, keep it up.

sounds awfully harsh on the top end. i like the main breakdown lead. not so keen on the lead that comes in at 00.55. it could do with some nice dub delay to bring it out of itself....nice enough tune though good work....my fave of yours so far
what kit do you use by the way?

Thx for comments people. I will use a different lead instead, perhaps it won't be as powerful anymore, but the bassline is there to stay I think
I'll ad more delay to the buildup synth, but I hope it won't become too blurry that way.
The strings are the same sampled strings I always used... But must be the melody or so that makes them sound good, I don't know They've been eq'ed alot deeper than normally I think.
Cheers!

nah, wasn't self-pity-ing, just telling the truth i'm afraid... it is the case you know, you hardly like anything i make. But at least i'm one of the few belgians out there between a million swedes who IS trying
i don't see it as a bad track, but you kind of made me feel like 'no good, dump it this instant'... which is kind of sad i think. i saw you saying to gil schwartz on his remix of william orbit it was a nice try, and i thought it was horrible - no offence to the rest of his tracks though. i don't know... just saying it's bad isn't constructive i think.
