I sometimes use E-Tones for ringtones etc... and in their forums they have a user warning system.

You'll have to do something else to give us an idea on how this user warning system works.

Rite there are three different levels of warning.

Level 1: Mistake
Level 2: Caution
Level 3: Serious

You can check the users warning points in the botton right of their post or in their profile, take a look
