apparently big name clebrities have already bought land there and are waiting for its completion in 2006

Apparently it is estimated to come to a total cost of 15 Billion Dirhams which equals about roughly 5 billion US

Yeah big buildings and exclusive crazy stuff like this are the business out there. I used to live in Abu Dhabi for 3 years and then Dubai for 3 years. from 1989 to 1995.
