My MP3 Downloads: Anyone good with setting up FTP server/router/firewall/security?

I'm having a helluva time trying to figure out what's going wrong with my FTP server. I've got about 60GB of live sets that people used to be able to download without any problems. I think either my ISP did something or I accidentally changed some setting somewhere. So far, I've been successful in having people upload if they are not behind a firewall. Any help would be appreciated.
