Good morning! Hahah

Well, I'm at school now feeling like garbage but it was worth it. This was my first event, and wont be my last. The venue was totally awesome, the sound was amazing (my ears are still buzzing) and the lighting when used was memorizing. I got to meet up with 'the' crew which was a welcome sign. Holy mother was it hot in there! My only piss off of the night was some soccer mother dancing infront of me tripping out on something and taking up close to 5 square feet of room. The sets were good, PvD's was totally killer! I did'nt listen to a PvD set for 2 weeks before the event so it would sound new. He busted out some classics that totally moved me and everybody in house! I could not believe it when the croud started chanting 'Paul Van Dky, Paul Van Dky.' I spotted J_Spot plenty times taking some pictures with 'his' new camera, I look foward to seeing the photos! In my life, this has got to go down as the best night ever.

I thought the night was ok. I for one hated the shitty ass sound system, I'm still like half deaf, and I wasnt anywhere near speakers. And I agree, all the johney come lately's kinda put a damper on the night. The Pvd set was ok too, exactly what I was expecting of him. But I kind of wish he had played something new/diffrent, cuz he kind of played the same set he usually does. Cuz we all know he has a load of remakes that need to be played.
I also saw Jason quite a few times that night and all I have to say is that you're a lucky bastard getting into the VIP area.

Oh, Im also officialy the newest member of the Ja Trance Tribe

and the cd blows ass

Yeah my ears are still ringing too, but I had a good time. Mark Oliver was good too, although I had never heard his stuff before yesterday.
Goldclub girls were hot as always and I have to agree the sound system was crappy.

BTW what was with that guy in the suspenders?

That was an excellent night, just finally getting to see PVD live no matter anything else was awesome.

The VIP area was nothing special, maybe a few less bodies then downstairs so you could move around better, but otherwise pretty much the same sweat pit like downstairs, in fact even hotter I found after I went downstairs around 2am.

That free CD is lame

Paul was amazing. As good, if not better than a 6 hour set @ Space 34 during the WMC
we could go on w/ the tracklist, but it was what we all expected
