no. Oakenfold used this song on his Tranceport CD.

the title is: Tilt vs. Paul van Dyk - Rendezvous (Quadrophonic Mix)

The first time I heard the track it was on a promo EP I have and it's called "Tilt - Invisible" ... Is that the name of the vocal version or something?

Classic and of the all-time best.

hi,

to be honest, I never knew why it was called rendezvous; but it definitely has a similar melody to invisible.

Thanks

So they were both fully released and considered seperate tracks? Invisible has Paul on the production credits...

Hemstock & Jennings did a 2002 remake of the track.

I wasn't aware that Paul van Dyk collaborated with Tilt for Rendezvous, or Invisible, or whatever the f**k it's called. Thankyou for enlightening me.

On a related note, Tilt - Invisible (Lost Tribe Vocal Mix) is really rather good and Hemstock & Jennings - Rendezvous is really not that good at all.

"Rendezvous" was released on Perfecto in January 1998, at the end of 1998 the deal that Perfecto had made with Tilt had ended so Hooj snapped them up and for in April 1999 they decided to re-release a version of "Rendezvous" with Dominique Atkins (Grace) on vocals along with completely new mixes of the track. Overall this was much more commercially successful than the previous release, reaching the top 20 in the UK charts if I can remember correctly.

My personal favourite is the Lost Tribe Vocal Mix of "Invisible".
