I vaguely remember Akyra - Here comes the Rain Again which is a trancey if immensely cheesy Eurythmics cover. And C & A - Sweet Dreams (Rob Searle Mix) isn't actually too bad.

it's not trance either but one of the best "underground" style of mixes i've heard of eurythmics is "sweet dreams (nightmare mix)" by dave angel and dave dorrell. it came out around 1988-1990. it has very little original eurythmics though.
