Have you checked your settings before rendering?
If you set the sampler's interpolation higher than the Hermits Curve, it can take forever to render, especially on a slower pc...

If that doesn't work - reinstalling the program usually helps (I mean generally, I've never heard of this problem before).
Are other programs working OK? Are you sure it's just FL?

Maybe a problem with a VST plugin or something?
well, could be, but the same VST plugins is being used in the part that i can hear... there is even less sounds in the part where it stops sounding

i used to have great problems rendering with FM7 and fruity if i made my own synths, i downloaded a newer version of FM7 and it rendered fine after that, mine didn't go silent tho, it went loud as f00k and made horrible digital static noises...
this might sound stupid but did you use the piano roll...if so do you have the automation channel set to the end of the song.
ok i know that was a dumb attempt, but hey i'm sure its happened to people before and you said the begining plays hehehe...

i would look into what dimwit said then...check your interpolation...make sure its high...other then that you probably can't do too much except get a better computer. let me ask you this...do you have a ton of ts404's going on in the song or other synths? that could be a big part of the problem...
