IM going insane! help me find this song PLEASE!

ok im looking for a song that ive heard b4 but cant remeber where. but recently i heard it at Planet new year 2002, Paul van dyk played it close to ending his set, also Im told that some1 named Hemlock uses a sample of the song in a song he made, called ARTIC i think.... it has a girl singing, sounds lke she is chanting Indian style...

im loosing my mind searching for it when I have no idea what im looking for... found this site and thought I would give it a shot. PLEASE HELP!!
need name and artist, and maybe a record store I could buy it at..... THANKS EVERY 1....

the track your after is Paul van Dyk - Nothing But You which will soon be released on vandit..

and it was PvD who used Samples from Hemstock & Jennings track called Arctic, and not the other way around like uve put above
