...Or possibly closed. A better place to ask would be some forums on ROMS. I believe asking for illegal data on here is prohibited....

roms and emulators are leagal if you own the game. you are allowed to make a back up copy

use the almighty n search +Console u'r searching emulator/rom 4 +Emulator +ROM
