traktor question

i use traktor 2.0 when i mix promo mp3 tunes together, i adjust EQs to make my mixes good but the problem is they (high, mid, bass) are like round balls. so when i turn down bass, i accidently turn up. this sometimes causes a very bad mix. how can i fix this problem?

my suggestion is to use a external mixer.

Hey there, dunno if I really understood the problem here, but I assume you're mixing with your mouse? I used Traktor 1.0 for over an year and I can assure you that the best way is to use the keyboard. All I did was with the keyboard. Anyways, dunno about Traktor 2 since I bought real hardware and quit traktor, but I do know that you can customize keys. Traktor 1 was like this:
Q - turn bass up
W - turn mid up
E - turn high up
A, S, D - turn them down
1, 2, 3 - Kill switches for each frequency.
Maybe you should spend some time customising keys and learning how to use the keyboard!
Cheers!
