Cueing Livesets - Track starts

I've got a few questions about those of us that make cue sheets for livesets. In cueing livesets, how pedantic are you at cueing a track, and where do you generally put the start.

Do you go down to the frame level in cueing, or is to the second close enough generally.

Do you put the cuepoint at the point where you can first hear the track being brought in, or when there isn't anything left of the last track, or do you wait for a good start phrase that would sound good starting from that point if you skipped directly to it (my choice of method)

Does it makes a difference to the way you listen to the liveset if it is cued rather than uncued. Do you enjoy being able to see the names of the tracks as they are playing especially when it's a track you haven't heard before for example.

Anyone that hasn't already got a copy of mp3cue is missing out on one of the best plugins ever made for winamp (version 2.x only). There is news on the linux front that a very early version of this plugin is in development for XMMS for those 31337 TAs If anyone's interested in it, I am beta testing it for the developer atm, and may be able to distribute it pretty soon.

i usually just use a dummy cue that breaks the set up into 5 minute tracks. I'm too lazy to go through the whole damn set and map out the cue according to the tracks played
