this has to be one of the best tunes ever made. the melody it's just amazing. another masterpice by steve helstrip. it sounds kinda simply but it's a very very powerful tune. very emotional.

a must have for everyone on the trance scene.

i'd go as fas as saying that i would like this tune to be played at my funeral :P

01 Hydra - Affinity (Backbeat Mix)
02 Hydra - Affinity (Original Mix)

The original is an absolute beauty. Dreamy stuff. Backbeat mix goes more progressive with a harder-edged feel and only incorporates the melody in the breakdown. Not quite as spectacular but a good listen. Tune of 2003 so far.

The Thrillseekers Dub is pretty good too, Steve added a little vocals in it.

No technically it wouldn't. A lot of artists remix their own songs with various aliases. Most artists choose different because they tend to do a different style of music.
