hehehee i was just gonna trash the lineup for this party, i dont like dj scot project, and most people just laugh when you say atb... (well maybe not the trance-ignorant, which is a great many number of vancouverites.. they love atb)
but he IS a decent live dj. if you've heard his sets

and halo varga should be excellent

I am not a fan of ATB's albums, but I think he is great live. He plays some nice hard trance. I wouldn't call myself trance-ignorant either.

I feel the same as jesten....although atb ain't bad, he is still not good enuff to make it my primary reason for going to Nasty III.

Honestly tho, I'd much prefer if Tidy Boys wuz still the headliner. But flyers have been printed and even the times have been listed so it's highly doubtful that Tidy Boys will be spinnin'...oh wellz...maybe next year?...

I'm not too into the label either so I dun't know too much. This is my understanding of Tidy Boys:

Two DJs/Producers make up the Tidy Boys....Andy Pickles and Amadeus Mozart. Although both have been DJing for over ten years now, it's their success in puttin' together one of the biggest and best hard house labels that has launched their fame to no limits.

I guess you can sorta compare the Tidy Boys to Paul Oakenfold on the surface. All three (Andy, Amadeus and Paul) are DJs and love DJing no doubt, but they are also producers and have to watch their own music and record company on the side to take care of. This is what makes everything so much better in the sense that they will 'hire' and 'select' a variety of DJs so that their labels will alwayz remain fresh and popular amongst their fans. Hope that helped

Read This!

I didn't cut and paste nothing...I'm no great fan of Paul Oakenfold or anything but his name is just way too attached to trance to avoid. As such, you just pick up things and learn as you go. Besides, when i'm interested in something (trance in this case), I will take the time to learn more about it. I guess I just have a decent grasp on my type of music...got urs yet?
