well im sorry but the vocals are really annoying. The structure and the melody are ok but...
I think you really should find something else to do with the vocals (a dub mix!?)

I like this! Nice chords and progressions - you should definitely finish it - maybe they'd be interested in it. The repeated vocal at first almost feels Underworldish, although it can get a bit repetitive. Try filtering/effecting it and messing with it more?
