tiesto and an orchestra?

i recently heard something about tiesto planning on playing a set with a live orchestra. does anyone have any info on it and if so what do you think? i think it sounds pretty sweet as long as he plays ligaya (which i doubt he would do).

but i dont think is playing with an orchestra

imagine if a great trance dj would do as metallica did with the orchestra ....

I think Hybrid has used an orchestra to record the strings in some of their songs.

Yes, Ferry did this last month at Club Velfarre, a club run by Avex, one of the labels Ferry is under... he had a full string orchestra... and Ive been told the Tiesto has been requested to come back to Japan to do a live set by himself... many people were disappointed that Ferry didnt play Ligaya, which is on his new album, during his live set... who knows... Ferry and Tiesto last did a Gouryella live set on Dec. 31, 1999, in Tokyo, been told they may be doing it again at Velfarre...

Wow, this sounds pretty cool. This concept could be very good if it is well done.

I am very intersted in how this works. Is the orchestra going to accompany Tiesto while he plays live or are they going to play while he spins or what???
