actually this past year was the only time its been on that weekend, i think

usually its the 2nd/3rd weekend in July

Usually around 3rd and 4th weekend of July, but yeah... ahhh wtf... it's always uncertain between the 2nd weekend of July and the 2nd weekend of August.
