they claim on the infomercial that it is a safe and non addictive herbal thing. no side effects and no long term effects. its all natural but i have never taken herbs before. maybe i did. i should've but nothing like this. now i don't know if i have to go to a doctor and tell them if i can take some herbs.

it has like valerian roots and black cohosh and some other bark.
i have been having stress and anxiety lately. some minor panic attacks and just not feeling right. i don't want to resort to drugs like zoloft or paxil.

As for the specific product I have no idea if it works as it says. Just wanted to make a general point:

The trouble with products such as this is there is absoloutely zero regulation. Just like E there is no equality between pills. One pill could be less/more potent then the previous. With any supplement there is no way to prove you are actually getting what you are paying for due to poor quality control. The supplement market in the US is currently flooded with crap. In some cases the manufacturing plants where this stuff is processed are filthy and littered with bacteria.

So I would do some more research before buying.

see a therapist dont take drugs...
drugs dont cure emotional problems.
