This is nice! I would have liked it more if it had built to a climax at some point, but that's just me. My only suggestion is to add a bit of reverb and/or echo on that piano so that it blends in better. Other than that, good work.

I'm tempted to say I'd like to try a remix, but usually I commit myself to these things and don't get round to finishing them.

It does tend to dwindle on a bit to my mind. And yeah - it definetely needs a big break and a build-up.

But it's a nice mellow piano there u got....

i dont think you should add a climax too it because of the main melody being so soft, its a chillout track so you shouldn't really add a climax, i like a lot and i would add more coments but i dont know the technical terms so i can't tell you

gj tho, what did you use to make this ?

Hmm...I'm listenin to the Track right now. Sounds very chillout, and has that feel of an ambient track, YET with a steady beat, and cool main synth line. I see you tried to be more different and experimental with this track, trying not to use the same elements as a lot of artists. First let me break down the song in emotions.

The track gives out this vibe of 'pain', and it's aftermath. I mean, it could be the awaiting of something good happening later on in the 'artists' life. For an example, I think it could be something serious as a 'relationship' coming to an end, with somebody special, or possibly the loss of someone special in your life; the fact is, I feel this vibe when I hear this track. NOT THAT this track HAS to be about this, but that's the vibes I get. To me the main theme is 'going through pain', and 'dealing with it'. Waiting for the good times to come.

Which is what the track is labeled, 'waiting'. Well, I really don't know what it's about, but that's what this track is about to me.

Another thing I gotta mention, is the way the track is layered; the piano comes in at a good time, yet I think perhaps you need to add some reverb, to it, so it can have more of an 'epic' feel. Not TOO much, but just enough to get the point across.

Hmm...I can imagine adding more background instruments such as soft plucked instruments, or a synth that emulates it, to be filtered high, but with a low volume, but that could ruin the song, and it's message. You wanted to keep this simple, and you didn't want to add too much. What you felt at the time, is what the song is all about, and you executed it good.

This is a good track. Fix up that piano a little, and keep this original version the same. If you have a different vision of the track one day, add more stuff, but I think the track sounds fine the way it is. Not your run of the mill kinda electronica, but more like a 'quiet' peaceful meditating kinda track. More like a sitting down relaxing kinda thing, know what I mean? But to play on a radio station, that may be tough. That's my 2 cents. - Mental

Hi...

I must say I'm very happy, seeing most of you liked my track. I'll try to answer all the comments...by the way; THANK YOU !!!

About climax: I really wanted to make a climax but I couldn't really achieve what I was after. Later on; I thought about the message the track tries to give (just as Arsalan & tranzMental did) and ended up without a climax. But I'm willing to do a remix of it and there I'll be certainly adding one !!!

Hey guys... while I was reading tranzMental's lines I was completely SHOCKED !!!! I was nearly gonna have a heart attack becasue his words were a copy of my thoughts(JUST THE SAME !!!!)...That'S why I can still feel my heart pounding( This means the track can send properly my message)

The truth is that I really had a "relationship' coming to an end" lately and I tried to express my pain with my music. It was like tring to see the light at the end of the tunnel but with the pain I was suffering; WAITING was much too difficult !!!

There is one more point that you guys realised: Yes; I tried to be a bit different from the other artists with my sound, I personally think that they(other artists) are much better than me but that doesn't change the truth that the crowd ALSO needs(wants) to listen something different!!! By listening different stuff you can build yourself a musical culture and next time you'll easily distinguish the good from the bad. You'll know what you like and what you don't!!! That's very important (at least that's what I'm doing)

In few days I'll have fixed the piano by adding some reverb on it. I'll start working as soon as I have time. I promise

Before I finish, I'D like to thank you all:
((tranzMental for the emotion break, Arsalan, MaRt and AC_Seven for their advice(about climax and style) and DJ Radolf for his positive comment which makes me even more happy) ALL FOR TRANCE.....

THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN

Have a nice day....
Greetz;
Dj Ahter

OMG...and my heart is pounding cuz I just went by pure gut, and emotion. That's scary, cuz you said it was 'word for word' what was in your mind! That's scary!

Sometimes you can tell what an artist is going through in his life through his work. That's why there's so much 'neutral' unexpressive music out there, cuz many artists wanna keep their problems to themselves and keep make music that's upbeat.

I appreciate that comment man. Always willing to explain the tracks, from what I feel. Later. -Mental
