Creme (nottingham)

Ok then. I had a great night. First ever time clubbing at something like this and thoroughly enjoyed it, shall maybe/hopefully be coming to GC or GK sometime (depends on friends - they're not really into it) Anyway.

i may get flamed for this, but, I didnt really enjoy PVD. I loved it when he played Arctic! fucking brilliant right at the end, great ending track imo! He did play it earlier and would i be right in saying it was a different mix? anybody know someone else had mixed it?
I felt that JFK was best person there. This is because he played the tracks i recognised, and could dance easily too without getting bored. I felt PVD had too many breakdowns (that what they called when music stops for a few seconds).

I left at 4 because, well i was knacked, i can see why ppl take an E!
Mainly due to the fact i did 6-9 at work so i cud have sunday off, and yea, 5 hours sleep in 2 days really does kill you!

Can anyone post a track list for all trance arena djs plz??

My bro got stopped coz the twat had some cannabis on him, and being a prat (i warned him b4 that they;d check wallits maybe) he just chucked it on the floor. He got a full body search lol and then asked him if it was his and he confssed. They just took it and said they didnt care, but he just cant have it in there!

Felt out of place with some ppl dressing in some gr8 clothing, tho no offence, but does look a little....mmm...gay? THey wernt coz one had a nice girlfriend i saw lol

Anyway, anyone else go?

Cant wait till i go again,
Matt

I went, thought it was pretty decent, theyd organised the lights and sound system well, although I havnt really been anywhere else to compare it to.
Stayed in the trance arena all night (well, until 5) Cor Fijneman was first on 9-11 with what I thought was the best set of the night, shame there was only about 200 people in there at that time, played Inca, Solarcoaster (Midway Mix), Sirocco - Destination and a bunch of other good tracks, then JFK, track selection was good shame about the mixing, then PvD the atmosphere probably made his set seem better than it was but I thought it was pretty good anyway, after him Scott Bond came on, played The 3rd Earth first and I thought we were in for a great set, oh dear, he was utterly wank most of his set was a bunch of shit hard tracks, not hard trance that wouldve been good it was more like hard house, whatever it was it was really shit.
Then I sat down for half an hour chilling out to the sound of Scot Project then went.

The atmosphere when PVD came on was amazing, i love every second to it, and i still got my glow sticks it lights up my room How can i preserve it btw?

N e one yet know the tracklisting?

well seeing as i went with chris, i would have to agree
Cor = v. good
JFK = nice tracks, my mother could mix better
PVD = nice tracks, good mixing, good atmosphere due to packed dance floor
Scott Bond = 1 good track, the rest = SHIT
S. project = i left, cause its not my thing

all in all it was very good night, huge nice sound system, cool lasers, and lights, and a very good atmosphere. hopefully they do another event like this. if they do then swap bond for hardwick, and PVD for armin Vs Ferry bk2bk

does anyone have any pics? or track lists ?

well dude, i ve herd alot about how good he is, i ve DL sets from him, now i don't know whether he was told to do what he did or what
but like he started off with 3rd earth (i was expecting it to be followed by more uplifting trance). he then went on to play some like ok stuff but nothing speical, then hard poor after hard poor, just got boring really so i left the dance floor (had been on from 11pm - 4am ) sat down, and listened to him finish what seemed a joke set.
maybe just a one off, maybe he was told to play crap

I was dissapointed with scott bond. I aint downloaded his sets coz im on a 56k and it would take forever, but i heard his GC Mix and i was impressed, nice listen to and nice uplifting and hard trance.

I got there at 9pm and started dancing straight away, by time PVD came on i was fucking knacked! Though the atmosphere was amazing, i wonder what the other room was like...mmmm...EMPTY lol prob!
