Not exactly, what if I put it on my cc? also if no business license than you are NOT an entreprenuer, you are what's called an independent contractor, becuase people hire you by name and make their checks out to personal name, whereas my partnership is the one that's going to get hired and checks will be made out in the partership's name. back 2money thing, loss moneys amount could have came from anywhere, cc, previous savings, profits from prior years, loans, grants, investors, etc, non of that is any kind of taxable income, actually non of that is even income at all.
