so I thought I'd start a thread about the REAL sick shit out there...

This story is about an experience I had quite a few years ago, and for what it's worth, this certainly isn't something you would find in the pages of my journal presently. That said:

Once upon a time, while under the influence of ecstacy, I found myself persuaded to experiment with a little mescaline. After I had taken the stuff we all decided to head outside for a little bong session (of course, hindsight being 20/20, we probably should have waited a least a few minutes to see how high we already were, but since we didn't the story continues...). We all sat in a circle, and started smoking. After the bong had passed through my hands a couple times I started to notice that I was noticeably higher off the ground than the rest of the group. I didn't pay much attention to this at first (which gives you a hint as to my state of mind), but as the session continued I found it increasingly hard to ignore. I tried to assess the situation- Was I really floating, or was I tripping? I carefully examined the rest of the group, and after a few minutes (or was it hours? ) I came to the conclusion that I was definately floating. What I found strange was that no-one else had noticed. Finally I couldn't keep my mouth shut any longer. "What the hell is the matter w/you guys," I asked, "haven't you noticed that I'm fucking FLOATING here!!" Everyone turned to look at me and they all started laughing, much to my confusion. That's when my buddy pointed out that I was sitting on a stool.

hehe never tried it - but i live in south texas and peyote grows near lakes here...i've gone with friends to look for it - no one has yet had the balls to try it...

how much did u take? in what form? i only chewed the cacti and that was miiggghhhtttyyyy bittter. how long was ure triippp

ive had green nikes before and that provided some entertainment tho nothing close to the real thing.

it may interest me but i wouldnt wanna go 3 days fucked up and know nothing ahead of time|

I snorted it, I don't really know how much, but two good sized lines, one up each nostril (I was told by the people I was with that that was the best way). It was indeed VERY bitter tasting, noticeably more so than other drugs I've snorted. I tripped for a long time, about 10 hours with my peak after about 4. It was (and will be) my only experience with the stuff, so I don't know how potent it was in comparison to other methods of ingestion or whatever, but I certainly didn't feel like I wanted to be any higher
