Whatever u do dont take them fucking sleeping
tablets, the nurse gave them to me in hospital
once. I was in a heavy deep sleep but i remember having
feking nightmares.

wot ste said is by far the best way to cure insomnia. as for playing/being on the computer thats wank. It means you are interacting with wot ever is on the screen and that keeps ur brain ticking over. Watching films sometimes helps, especially in the dark as its a passive activity so ur brain doesnt have to concentrate.
