well, usually when I hear about something "giving you the chills" it is in a negative connotation, as in, something frightening or morbid. But the way you describe it sounds more like a tune that gives you goosebumps, aka KIPPENVEL!!!!!!!
(for those of you who don't know, "Kippenvel" is a Dutch word meaning goosebumps -- the direct literal translation is "chicken-skin," but chicken-skin is bumpy like a goose's so...same diff )

let's see...what's a recent track that has given me that feeling...
not too recent, but I thought the original mix of Let the Light Shine In was like an 8 on the kippenvel-o-meter
not sure if this is what you are talking about though

most of the Digital Blonde's recent stuff definatley gives me a chill though, like Mandrake - Universal Soul (The Digital Blonde Remix) and The Digital Blonde - Gothica/ Noctone, but more in the way that it is creepy. still kickass though
