OK i know this girl, and when we are around each other we are very close and everything seems ok.

But when i try and phone her up she never answers her phone, or phone back and it takes ages to get hold of her, and am getting the feeling she is ignoring me, so do i keep trying to phone her all the time and look desprate, or leave it as she is pissing me about.

maybe she is not a phone person.

or maybe your perception of how well you get along is different than hers.

She asked me for my number, before i got hers, why ask me for moy number if she is not going to ring me??

But yea am starting to think she is a very very friendly person, and i think she just sees us as good friends.

But i dont whant to be just friends as i cant get her out of my mind, and being just friends will seed me insane.

tell her that or suck it up and deal with it. if you prolong hiolding in your feelings for her while being friends it will turn out ugly. trust me, i know first hand.

hmmm... well this is my story...

i was friends with this guy. we got closer and started hanging out all the time. we talked on the phone like every day. txt messaged a lot too. we talked about tons of stuff. never had any physical interaction. then i noticed that the way he looked at me changed. i could tell he really really cared about me and wanted more in our friendship. and i didnt. one day he told me and i had to say i just didnt feel that way and it hurt so much to hurt him. we didnt talk the same way for months. only now, like a year later do i feel like we can be anywhere as close again. but it will never be the same.

so anyway, what i think is missing with you emotional connection is communication.
