The most i have danced was actually 3 hours non stop! The day after i woke up with my back and neck hurting What was your longest?!

I've danced for 9 hours straight at a 12 hour rave about 4 years ago. Of course I had a little help from some "vitamins" I had taken.

Longest I've gone was 3 hours to Drum & Bass at this year's WEMF. It was insanely exhausting I tell ya, but the next morning I felt great. No help from any vitamins here, just adrenaline

Without either drugs or alkohol i've danced between 3-4 hours.. and it was energic. I tend to get high of the music..

2 hours is the longest i've gone...

i usually have 1 hour bursts, then a break.

heh, i danced 4 hours with my girlfriend...i dont want to remember it :P

5 1/2 hours without the help of any medications!(which is also a lot because I never exercise) It was kinda just turning into twitching at the end of it, though.
