I second the motion for Jan. I would also consider Silvy de Bie("Turn the Tide") for second place or something. While on the subjest, who is the vocalist to System F's "Cry"? Is it Marcella Woods?

Marsha from "Castles In The Sky" is good, also the unknown vocalist from Beam & Yanou's "The Free Fall"...Now that's a powerful voice.

I would definitely have to vote for Sarah Mclachlan. When I first heard silence I couldnt stop listening to it. I would just close my eyes and listen to her voice and it would just make me feel like I was in space.
