my friend up in michigan has friends from NY who all chalk their IDs
aparently its quite easy. jsut get some chalk and chalk away at it.

look it up on google to find some more detailed info.

Get the Jersey license. It looks fake without alteration.

you can't "chalk" wa state ID's... they've wised up, 21+ id's are horizontally written and under 21 are vertical. they don't even have to check dates... best bet is to get an out of state id, most in staters won't notice an OOS (out of state) counterfeit.
