damn i need some feedbak...

i run 3miles a day and im wondering is it bad drinking diet sodas?
pros and cons please..

i feel guilty cuz they taste soo good


diet coke and diet dr.pepper are sooooo good

agreed. soda isnt good for you regardless. drink water.

they say aspartame causes cancer but i drink diet coke anyway.

I read that Nutrasweet (the sugar substitute used in diet drinks) actually makes you more hungry than drinks that use regular sugar in them.

This in turn would make you want to eat more thus making you gain more weight. So the whole "diet drink" concept is false. I'm addicted to soft drinks though lol. Dr. Pepper is the best!

drink regular soda in moderation if anything
i don't drink soda much, but when i do....i swear there's nothing worse than the taste of aspratame

aspertame becomes carcinogenic at high temps...it became an issue during the Gulf War ;D

I havent had a soda (except with the odd Rum and Coke) in probably about a year and a half. That stuffll kill yah

I only like spiced rums if we're talkin rum-wise. I usually drink my Hard A straight on the rocks. Lol, but not an alcoholic!

i think it's a sorry excuse to try and make you feel a tad bit better about drinking soft drinks. if you cant feel comfortable about drinking the "normal" kind dont even drink em at all. and dont even start about the diet kind tasting better cause it cant. it's all a mind trick being played on YOU. they are called "diet" sodas for a reason you know...if they did taste better in any way, they would make another soft drink all on its own dude
