yesi can think of a few things...some how get a stereo into her room that has an alarm on it that will turn on the stereo at a certain time...have it cranked to full blast then when it turns on at whatever time u call the landlord and complain and kick and hit the walls yelling to be quiet

hey, does she have a car alarm on her car?...if so, i suggest going out to the car every night at 3:00 am, touch it and run back home. She will not only have to get out of bed but she will ultimately start pissing off your other neighbours because her car woke them up too. After a week or so... start walking around the neighbourhood saying "I can't believe she woke us up again last night" and maybe they will join your "get back at the neighbour" brigade
