I enspire myself with a copy of amature photographer...

Only joking, i try to make my own style but listen to alot of live sets techno and trance and pick out ideas and put them all together with my own melodies. It all depends really...

if you listen too my music you probably wount think it.. hehe.. but robert miles kinda got me into producing music..... i liked his music.. especially the Dreamland album so i tryied out ejay and such shit.. then i got a roland mc 303 and later on fruityloops... but i have never done anything like robert miles really.

right now i dunno what inspires me... i'm just playing around with melodies and then it just come's.....

sometimes i just sit down and listen too some midi's and get inspiration from them..... the melodies mostly turns out all different from the midi i got my inspiration from.... hehe

and they hardly turn out as full track's for some reason.. heh

I used to listen to The Crystal Method alot, theyre not big here in the uk so I had to import their albums, I used to listen to their stuff and be like WOW, I didnt reconise any of the sounds they use and their music was EPIC.
I hated Trance and Dance music and I would bitch on about it all day, saying how much its overrated etc.
To put an end to the lack of good electronic music I decided to get more involved with it and take this music thing seriously in my life.
I practiced making breakbeats and cool pads/basslines.

A year on I listen to Trance and Dance music 90% of my day as Im so deeply involved in it, The more I listen the more I can hear how its mixed etc
As soon as I go a few days without listening to It I loose that Idetification with it, and you know what, I think I might just like it a little.
I know I respect it thats for sure.(minus things like scooter, madhouse etc)

As for Crystal method, the dudes who got me into this.
Well their latest album sucked.

No it didn't.

Anyways;
I couldn't really tell what inspires me as such. I draw inspiration from everything I see, hear and do.
Of course, there are certain artists who I hear more than others but I don't think any of them have inspired me directly.

Taking excedrin inspires me. In all honesty, the caffeine (a cup of coffee's worth in each pill) gives me so much motivation that all i have to do is listen to something like tranceairwaves for 20 minutes and i have a lot of ideas.

I wouldn't say it that way - it rather keeps me awake when I keep doing the tracks to 4-5am

ahh I love that situation, that's when the best things come out

well my inspiration, dunno really...have big problems with that right now...I'm kind of blocked...

one thing that I know inspires me a lot is really epic music like the maintheme from gladiator and music in that style, gives me thousands of ideas
