This style is one of my favourite eras of electronic music! One of my old favourites is Gollum & Gary D - Black Arrows. I've got an old DJ M-Zone set from '96 that is all this style of hard trance. The old mixes of Lost In Love are definitely hard trance. The newer ones (eg, DJ Taucher remix) mostly aren't.
