They have presrcibed medication for that, but you get the impression that doesn't quite solve the problem.

Some might see this as a silly suggestion, but its a suggestion nonetheless:

Smoke weed. Start off by yourself so you're not attacked by paranoia when you're around other people. When you begin getting use to it you'll find yourself a much more chill person. Your personality changes and certain things appear less inconsequential. Subsequently, when or if you start kicking it with other stoners your anxiety may significantly diminish.

Mind you this can have the completely opposite affect and may worsen your phobia. But who knows eh?

my friend gets crazy panik attacks when he smokes weed.... not always the answer


see a doctor asap they can try and treat you with different medications or with different mental ways to beat the attacks such as these cards that you read that help you get over the attack

I have borderline case, I dont get panic attacks and interact with ppl normally, but i get very nervous speaking in front of large groups of strangers. Since I was thinking of becoming a teacher, I went to therapist to see if there was something I could do to overcome my fears. Depending how severe your symptoms, he will perscribe you the appropriate medication. Then gradually you put your self into situations that you find uncomfortable until you become desensitized and realise your fears are irrational. BTW, you can find plenty of into online. Good luck.

one way to get rid of it is like so...

1. Learn to relax, deep breathing, pleasant thinking...anyway you can, just learn some relaxation.

2. start off small, go into some social situations that cause the smallest anxiety. Then remember your relaxation techniques.

3. slowly get into more and more anxiety provoking situations....always remembering your relaxation.



after a few months you'll be cured.

if your social anxiety involves women...just get laid a lot and then you'll be cured...you'll have more confidence hehehe...

it's all in your mind...life is too short to have such a horrible condition and hide behind it...go see a doc and build your confidence.

the weed tip might help but it could also backfire...i was close to someone who had it and i got him to smoke weed...it totally cured him of it.

depends on what you get jealous about and how you deal with it.

usually the root of jealousy is insecurity (which we all have), but a lot of the times too, it's about respect, if you're a principled person like myself. usually lack of trust is a part of it all too.

like for instance, if a girl is checking out my boyfriend...ok fine. he's hot, i understand that and i know he's mine. if she starts acting on it, then her face gets rearranged.
