If you work out like me (ive been weight training for over 7 years ) then one hour is all it takes. I pretty much do chest and shoulders one day, arms and back the next, and legs the next day. Durring this time.....i do cardio and abs every other day in the morning (you burn more calories in the morning ) I usually do about 2-3 diffrent free weight exercise's for each muscle....3 sets of 10-12 reps is all it takes. If anybody needs help with workout programs and stuff.....hit me up. My uncle was Mr. Universe and Mr. USA twice in the 80's so ive trained from the best.
