That's me in the corner, That's me in the spotlight, I'm Losing my religion, Trying to keep up with you ,And I don't know if I can do it, Oh no, I've said too much,I haven't said enough, I thought that I heard you laughing, I thought that I heard you sing, I think I thought I saw you try.
But that was just a dream, That was just a dream, But that was just a dream, Try, cry, why try? That was just a dream ,Just a dream, just a dream, Dream

just don't refer to it as a TT even. Calling it TT means we might think it's related to two tribes, so you're international won't show up, the sound will be crap, and we'll get locked out from whichever act we paid to see. I might also end up talking complete cod-shit to a cop at some point, which might actually make it worth going.

more seriously, how well known outside the pretty small trance community is your headliner? that and how far you can spread the advertising will be key to getting more than the loyal fans in.
pick your weekend well, quite a few of the halcyons I never made it to cos they were right after other events, or direct clashes. don't wait too long cos it'll be harder to get people out of their warm houses in the depths of winter, or plan this for the spring.
as far as local support, there's no shortage of talent, but they don't really sell the show as much as an import, so anyone you've listed below that will play towards the headliner's style, working as a proper support act. ie no bexta floor clearing crap at the wrong event.
lighting never fussed me much, and it's a bit hard to get right in bohem cos it's so light anyway. I'd say spend minimal amounts on lighting if you can put a bit more into sound.
chillout is a bit difficult there, maybe one corner somehow fenced off a bit with the couches there, like where halcyon normally has the dj's. the shopping arcade is just too bright for a chillout. youneed somewhere to encourage drinking, that's a serious part of the revenue. And on that note, what are the arrangements if no-one's drinking? a 3am close due to bad bar takings would give you a very bad name on your first event type promotion.
Price is difficult to say without knowing who the mystery man is, and never having hired dj's, I have no idea what $6000 would get you. I'd be guessing in the $40-50 range, normally.
