Ok, so here's how I see it happening:

Gummy bears are already out of the running, as any one of the other three tribes could eat them, literally. The Smurfs are way too small to make much of an impact on the battle (as they would be easily trampled underfoot), and they aren't known for being geniuses (which could make up for their small stature).

This leaves the Carebears and the Ewoks. After a refreshing meal of Gummy Bears and a nice round of "Stomp the Smurfs," the real battle would begin. This was a tough decision to make, as the carebears have their special powers that have proven to be useful in combat. However, when it comes right down to it, the Ewoks have more battle knowledge (not to mention stealth training) than the carebears, so the Ewoks would eventually emerge the victors.

I mean, they defended their moon against the Empire. The Empire! And they didn't have advanced technology either, whereas the Empire had enough resources and technology to construct the death star. And about the stealth thing - they can hide really fucking well in the forest, as seen when Luke, Han and Leia are walking in the forest, being watched by the Ewoks, but not seeing them.

Ewoks !! just cause I used to love them when I was younger, they'r too cute ... gummy bears r nice too, like the taste.

Tranc3: what course r u doing man ?!! it must be something to do with bears, i bet u did an essay about this b4 ...

hahahah wrong kind of gummy bears!!!

it was a british cartoon that ruled big time. the bears would drink gummy berry juice and become well bouncy and enegetic. they were ultra cool on so manny levels!!

Really? Cause I can remember watching the show then asking my mom if we could go get gummy bears for eating. Course it was so long ago I don't remember what the show was about...

I'd say the gummy bears.

Clearly the biggest treat is the ewoks. The ewoks do indeed have a bit of experience and the empire was really a feather in the hat for them but it seems to me as if the weapons they used are not well suited for fighting gummy bears. If we assume that the gummybears have an unlimited supply of gummy berry juice they would just move too fast for the ewoks to damage them. Also the gummy bears have a wizard! Not a very good one but could be the one to tip the balance in a tie. In battering the empire the ewoks DID have good help by the Jedi wizards.

Maybe if the battle was on the ewok planet Endor and they had prepared with nets and various traps that the gummy bears didn't know of. Also the gummy bears wouldn't be able to use their undergruond tunnel system. Then the ewoks could seize an early advantage before the gummy bears had realised that the place was trapped. It would then be a matter of numbers. The 7 (?) gummy bears alone would have problems there.

However, on neutral ground or in the forest of the gummy bears the gummies speed and unpredictable bouncing would win the day.

i like how nobody has faith in the smurfs. is it coz they would all be to busy shagging the one and only female smurf?

carebears could be dark horses in this as the ofers might not suspect that they have it in them to fight. they would then have the element of suprise!
