I've been digging in my old cd collection lately, and I've re-discovered many great tunes. Examples:

Listening to these tunes I get a special feeling. These are not "feel-good" tunes like most trance today.

I need more, please post old and forgotten trance classics. From the timeperiode 1997-1999.

Do not post "Gouryella" and "For an Angel" etc. There are allready millions of threads regarding these tunes.

The earlier BT works are so important to me that they blow my mind. "Embracing the Sunshine", and was mentioned, "Flaming June" with PvD... that riff cannot be denied! Holy moly.

Orbital, while not strictly for the dancefloor, have crafted a lot of quality singles and albums... "Lush 3-1" comes to mind, as does, further back, the simple but timeless enjoyability of "Chime".

That's more early 90's-ish though. Most of the tunes I could cite in that time period would likely be the heavyweights, like Underworld's "Born Slippy" if that even counts as trance (it does have a hypnotic appeal).
