Shrimpy Mushroom Pasta
300 g Linguine Pasta
3/4 cup Italian Dressing (Low Fat, Low Cal if you want)
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small white onion, sliced thinly
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Cook Pasta
Cook Mix - Mushrooms and onion in 1/2 dressing while pasta cooks. Add shrimp and parsley and continue cooking until shrimp is pink and veggies are tender.
Toss Mix with Pasta, an add remaining dressing. sprinkle with parmesan.
Makes 6 servings.
