That's not an artist album, it's a mixed cd. Tiesto's only put out 2 albums so far, and Just Be was weak shit compared to In My Memory, so I'd go with In My Memory for album.
As for song...I really like Magik Journey, but that's not a song. So I guess I'd go with his remix of Caught Me Running.

yes, i think Tiesto likes that track too, it's also found on Revolution (Brightside)... But if we can choose ANY song that tiesto used in his albums/mixes.. I'd change my mind and say : Wheed Baskin - Castle Rock (Fred Numf vs Five Point O remix) on Revolution (Darkside)
