i have my oen business and only 1 employee..and its me im CEO, sales, manufacturing and shipping haha..and ill never need any more people then myself unless i decide to open a firm but im not into it enough to do that

I'm self-employed and do contracts as of now, which is more of a "drifter" than a "leader" or "follower".

i do calculations and design air systems..part time however..full time i work construction..well dont work actual construction i prefab material..alot of drafting..

Air system? What like HVAC? And what kinda material do you prefab?

Time to be serious for a second here (yeah I know, it sucks...):

On the path of life mastery and maturation – one realizes (IMO) that there are right times to be a leader and right times to be a follower.

So – your poll in that respect is flawed – as it forces one to choose between one or the other – when true self-leadership is knowing when to be either, or.
