and what is the definition of each - what makes an Arab different from a Persian (if there is a difference) ?

Also,... Middle East and North Africa are areas where nations/countries' people are mainly Muslim in religion. How does Arabic (spoken/written) differ among those people... And how many different sub-relitions exist (if i may so call them) of the Muslim religion? Anybody shine some light on my few questions here?

There are no "official" definitions of any race or ethnicity. What it basically boils down to is that you are whatever you "consider yourself to be." There isn't any objective basis for the classifications, so there isn't any basis for disputing it.

Can you make distinction between Turkish people and ARabs?

If you can, then replace Turks with persians.

let me make a few more points.

Persians speak Farsi, Arabs speak Arabic. Farsi is a mixture of ancient Greek, Phoenenian and Arabic words.

Persians have different yet similar food music and culture.

Actually... our food is alot different from that of the Arabs.

Armenians are right in between Turkey and IRan and they too have a totally different language, food and religion.

no, I couldn't tell the difference. My question was directed more towards the geographical areas of those regions, instead of the actual appearance of the people....

but i can spot a Russian from a mile away and tell him apart from the average euro-white person.

Have you heard persians speak and Arabs speak?

Our languages sound different...i even think many persians look different from their arab counterparts. But i guess that just observers bias in my eyes.

We are a versatile looking race though... you got persians that look very indian/pakistani in the very very south pakistani border.. and then as you progress upwards near the russian influences...they become more white (blue/green eyes/blonde light brown hair)

In the eastern part of the country, near afghanistan and The other ex-russian federation states... some persians look very mongolian.


But generally, persians look middle eastern (olive skin complection, dark hair and dark eyes)

thanks for the explanations! i seriously sat down with my circular globe and took some mental notes.... as far as Persian women - i'll be blunt and say that many Middle Eastern women (the americanized/canadianized ones) that i've seen have been HOTT
