I don't personally care for it compared to, say, "Orange Minus" (a brilliant jaunt in posttechno deconstructionism), but I recognize its popularity: Plastikman's "Spastik" is a paragon of the form. Model 500's "No UFOs", as Andy mentioned earlier, is a hallmark of minimal techyness as well, and it comes from a day when the beats weren't perfectly aligned and all that asynchronicity made the music feel filthy and... surprisingly LIVE. Underground Resistance continues this today with things like riffs that are the audio equivalent of massive slabs of steel falling on top of the rhythm bedrock with nary a hint of quantization. Mmm.
