Well, the original from '99 is one of my all-time favourite tune so I expected a lot for this 2004 version and I must say I'm not disappointed.
All mixes are absolutely superb and all have their own style. More importantly for me young german producer Tommy Pi kept the spirit of the original. Hey the tune even makes me love a Markus Schulz remix !

Tomonari and Tommy Pi - C Sharp 2004(Markus Schulz Remix) is a let down to me. wish he culd have done a way better job and i know he could. however the original 2004 is a killer one ive been longing for ever since i heard it back in early spring...

the alphazone mix is horrible. sounds like something that the ice-cream van would play to attract little kids. think im gonna sand it off the one side of my vinyl, cause the markus mix is in the bag

on the contrary, the markus remix is levelled so wrong and really makes a classic sound like shit, it's like asking someone like blank & jones to remix xpander for sasha, or letting scooter remix cafe del mar, it just should never happen. The Alphazone remix is the best of a relatively poor bunch with Mike Shiver's being the only other one i'd even play now

I've had the promo vinyl of the Shiver mix for like 6 weeks mate - that's a big assumption.
Alphazone Remix is d best of the lot!! The electric guitar fits in perfectly in d track! Amazing remix! Markus's work on this track is a very big let down for me

yeah but how long do we have to keep moaning about it before producers take note. If they're so short of new ideas for good tracks they should just retire and leave it to people who have them
