Hmmm could be anything. The theme tune that Fox have chosen for their coverage, the BBC Match of the Day theme, The ITV Premiership theme, The various tunes that Sky Sports have used.
To my knowledge there is no official tune

They are now using a classical sort of piece when the teams come out... similar to the Champions League... when the players shake hands
Although if it's the theme music to a highlights show or a particular piece used by a team then it could be anything!
